I believe CLEP should win this competition because most of CLEP's competition will be better financed and incentivized with CLEP than in the status quo. None of CLEP’s competitors are AS economically symbiotic. Namely a vote for CLEP is automatically and indirectly a vote to help most of the competitors. This is a key feature of CLEP -- put into CLEP by design.
