OHIO – Today, Environmental Defense Fund and WSP, in partnership with Sierra Club, released a new analysis that finds many popular and widely anticipated electric vehicles (EVs) offer Ohio consumers thousands of dollars in lifetime cost savings.

The Sierra Club is working to accomplish a widespread shift to plug-in electric vehicles (EVs) that rely on little to no oil at all. EVs are much cleaner than conventional vehicles today, even accounting for the emissions from electricity sources.
About Our Program
Our work includes advocacy for federal, state, and local policies that will make electric vehicles more accessible to all communities; a push for the utility sector to invest in EV programs; public education and outreach to share the benefits of EVs; and campaigning for transit agencies and school districts to invest in electric buses.
