It’s that time of year again. After a midterm election cycle that saw dirty fuel special interests spend more than $720 million dollars -- including upwards of $300 million from the Koch Brothers -- House Republicans are working on releasing their energy plan for the new Congress. So far, all that Speaker John Boehner and his colleagues have publicly released is a skeletal outline, short on details and long on rhetoric. That’s left the public - which overwhelmingly supports clean energy and climate action - having to guess what’s next.
