On October 19th, Humanities Prep High School students took a scenic fall foliage hiking adventure to Croton Dam along the Old Croton Aqueduct Trail. 🍁🍂 We enjoyed delicious apple cider donuts from a local farmers market, had a surprise encounter with a board member of the Friends of the Croton Aqueduct Trail who shared some fascinating history, and took in the stunning fall foliage views. 🍎✨ The day ended sweetly with a stop for local ice cream! 🍦 It was the perfect autumn day outdoors! 🌳🧡 #
