11/4/23   A beautiful day of biking for all levels! We enjoyed a great day at the Pickleball Court at Van Cortlandt Park learning and perfecting our biking skills. Students from PS 159 enjoyed interacting with students from The Young Women's Leadership School of the Bronx. Our incredible CatRock youth leaders and ICO volunteers helped beginners learn the magical strategy of push and glide to master their balance and then worked on peddling! As some students went back and forth "pushing and gliding" up and down the Pickleball Court, others rode in loops, and our most advanced riders went on the rail trail. The fall foliage was a special treat for all!
