The Cahaba Group meets on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. (All meetings will be Zoom until further notice)
The Cahaba Group is affiliated with the National Sierra Club and the Sierra Club-Alabama Chapter. The Cahaba Group is both proud and eager to serve the Birmingham metropolitan area and North Central Alabama. Join the Sierra Club so you can help the Cahaba Group:
- Explore, enjoy and protect the wild places of the greater Birmingham area and North Central Alabama.
- Practice and promote the responsible use of our Earth's ecosystems and natural resources.
- Educate and enlist humanity to protect and restore the quality of the natural and human environment through all lawful means necessary to carry out these objectives.
The Cahaba Group of the Sierra Club-Alabama Chapter sponsors monthly meetings, numerous educational programs, regular hikes and other outdoor activities.
