On June 21, 2019, the AEMC (Alabama Environmental Management Commission) Chair directed the Personnel Committee to obtain feedback from the full Commission and the general public on ADEM Director LeFleur’s job performance and further directed the Personnel Committee to return to the full Commission with consolidated feedback and any recommendations by the Committee relative to Director LeFleur’s job performance. The Personnel Committee, on behalf of the AEMC, wishes to solicit input from the general public that will aid the Committee in this job performance evaluation.
The undersigned Chair of the Personnel Committee requests, on behalf of the Committee, that written comments from the general public regarding Director LeFleur's job performance be directed to: Alabama Environmental Management Commission, Attention: Personnel Committee, P.O. Box 301463, Montgomery, AL 36130-1463, or by e-mail at aemc@adem.alabama.gov.
The evaluation period for which written comments regarding Director LeFleur's job performance are requested is from October 20, 2018, the day after the Commission reached its decision relative to the last evaluation, to July 31, 2019, the deadline for receipt of comments for this current evaluation.
