Alabama's GASP Group recently sent a letter to EPA Region 4 Administrator Trey Glenn asking him to permanently recuse himself from the 35th Avenue Site in Birmingham (or any issues related to Drummond Co. or Balch & Bingham) due to his role in the North Birmingham Superfund Corruption Case.
