The Urban Turtle Project had a great end to the first annual #UrbanTurtleProject. The last turtle captured was this juvenile Alligator Snapping Turtle! Kudos to volunteer Paul Freeman for catching this beautiful specimen. I will be working to summarize the data for Tuesday evening's presentation at Samford, but I already know that this weekend has been a smash! #urbanturtles #volunteersrock #citizenscience
