NOTICE: Vote to Dissolve

On December 12, 2024, starting at 6:30 pm ET, the Sierra Club South Carolina Chapter will be holding its next Executive Committee (ExCom) meeting via Zoom. At this meeting, the South Carolina Chapter ExCom intends to have a formal vote dissolving the Bartram Group, which comprises the following counties:

Greenville
Spartanburg
Laurens
Union

Members of the Bartram Group are invited to attend the meeting to provide their views on the proposed dissolution prior to the vote. If you want to participate in the meeting, please email Montravias King at montravias.king@sierraclub.org to receive the Zoom call-in information.

If you cannot attend the meeting, please feel free to submit any written or email comments to Montravias King by Monday, December 2, at 5:00 pm.

The Bartram Group

The Bartram Group of the South Carolina Sierra Club Chapter is located in the upstate of South Carolina and has over 1000 members serving the counties of Greenville, Spartanburg, Laurens and Union.

The Bartram Group attempts to meet virtually on Google Meet platform once every month (except for July) except when the meeting is a tour or visit to a site. Members and non-members are welcome to our monthly meetings, outings, and social events.
