The Santa Lucia Chapter represents the 3,000+ Sierra Club members and supporters in SLO County. The Chapter is primarily volunteer run and relies on member donations and grants to support our programs. Our work strives to support ALL of the SLO community through environmental advocacy, education, community building and legislative engagement. Local projects include: marine protection, land management, renewable energy, and environmental, social and racial justice.
ALL are welcome! Membership is one way to be involved, but not the only way. Our events, general meetings and volunteering are open to ALL. We strive for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all our activities.
Help make change in our community - volunteer!
