We are delighted to invite you to a FREE screening of the impactful "Bittersweet Muck" documentary on Tuesday, November 19, at 6 PM in the Moon Tower at Dunedin Brewery, 937 Douglas Avenue, Dunedin, FL. This documentary delves into the controversy surrounding sugarcane field burning in South Florida, shedding light on the racial discrimination and corporate oppression linked to this outdated practice. Join us after the film for a Q&A with the Stop the Burn Campaign featured in the film.

Join us in the Classroom (located at the back of the parking lot) at Moccasin Lake Nature Park on Sunday, December 8 from 2-5 PM. We will celebrate our volunteers, our accomplishmnts and look forward to 2025.

We aim for as little waste as possible. Please bring your own place setting (plate, utensils, cup, napkin).

A light lunch will be provided. There will be critters!

Very active with varying meetings & events connect on Facebook, Meetup, or our website! The Conservation Committee is committed to conserving green spaces, promoting conservation awareness, and participating in environmental and community activities.

Our November Political team meeting will be Wednesday, November 20 at 6:30 pm. @ Barbara S. Ponce Library, 7770 52nd St. N, Pinellas Park. There will be no December 2024 meeting. Check back for the 2025 schedule.

1st Wednesday of the month, 7PM - Virtual. Engage with our Clean Energy Committee to support the transition to 100% clean renewable energy in our municipalities and local communities. For virtual meeting details, please email CleanEnergy@SuncoastSierra.org.

As we continue to ramp up our Outings program, we need additional leaders. Whether you like to hike, bike, bird-watch, or just explore the outdoors, there’s a place for you. If you’re interested in becoming an Outings Leader, please reach out to volunteer@suncoastsierra.org.
