Results of a new survey conducted by the bipartisan polling team of Hart Research Associates (D) and Chesapeake Beach Consulting (R) demonstrate that voters in the nine states participating in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) strongly support their state's participation in the program. Furthermore, voters are enthusiastic about changing the program's carbon pollution cap to lock in a 5% annual reduction in carbon pollution from power plants, even after hearing arguments against doing so.
