Whether you are interested in leading simple day-hikes, paddles or camping trips all the way to multi-day backpacking, lodge-based trekking, for your local community members, family and friends or newcomers to the outdoors, then this training is for you! Topics will include: Using story to connect America with the Outdoors, Trip Planning & Pre-Trip Screening, Interpersonal Leadership SkillsGroup Management, Risk Management, Outings Nuts and Bolts and an Optional Basic First Aid Class Sunday from 1-5pm.
