Contamination and Restoration of Local Waterways program is Oct. 18

For our October program, Cheryl Nenn, Riverkeeper at Milwaukee Riverkeeper for almost 19 years, will talk about the history of the Milwaukee River Basin, including its legacy of pollution and habitat destruction, and the current state of the rivers. She'll also offer updates on work to protect and restore the Milwaukee, Menomonee and Kinnickinnic rivers so  they can be safely used and enjoyed by everyone in our community.
