It is very clear that the department of transportation modes (also known as the department of motor vehicles), MUST have much more stringent oversight when both learners’ permits are awarded and drivers’ licenses are awarded.
Make no mistake, commuting/traveling was/is/will be a major responsibility for any person, and 100% effective, as well as ongoing communication should always be a part of any trip routine. There is no fooling around whenever a person is commuting/traveling.
Even race car drivers should always have to sign waivers acknowledging that they are very much well aware of all the inherent risks involved with this particular sport. I do not really approve of race car driving at all, but the fact of the matter is the aforementioned is a sport, and, thus, the activities related to the above MUST always stay within the track course.
Humans were/are never ever able to neither go fast like cheetahs or fly like birds. Yet human ingenuity has allowed this particular animal group to invent transport modes that allow travel/commutes at really fast, dangerous speeds which, also, in fact, really need to be given a lot more attention as the above is, as well as has been, a major public health emergency/threat that everyday people MUST always 100% consider (if they do not already) whenever commuting/traveling anywhere (at any time).
There are a lot of communities that are continuing to lead by example showing that it really is possible for any region to continually experience zero traffic fatalities for a good tenure track record (also known as ‘vision zero). The city of Hoboken, New Jersey is one major good, a classic example of the major initiatives this particular Hudson River metropolis has clearly, already, taken to really implement absolutely zero traffic fatalities since 2018. And, succinctly, really inspiring ‘vision zero’ examples, as is the case with the city of Hoboken, New Jersey, can really offer all community resource outreach advocates, working, diligently, daily, to always help make society 100% better, some major hope (solace and comfort), as well as real optimism, that any dilemma/conundrum, related to transportation (commuting/traveling) can be absolutely, completely addressed/solved - improving the quality of life for all ‘dignified/honorable’ people on the planet (current present generations and multitudinous future generations).
