Election ballots were mailed out to all Sierra Club Members in Santa Cruz County in mid December.  However, a significant number of members have reported not receiving their ballot.  To make sure every member has a chance to participate in the election, we emailed a replacement ballot on 1/11/2021 to every member who has their email address listed with the Sierra Club and who has not opted out of receiving emails. If you did not receive the original ballot in the mail AND you also did not receive the email with the replacement ballot then you may request  that one be mailed to you by contacting the Santa Cruz Group Executive Committee Chair, Micah Posner. Before you contact Micah, please double check. Please look through your mail for a newsletter that looks like this:

If you still can't find it, look through your email Inbox and Spam Folders for an email from the Ventana Chapter dated January 11, 2021 with the subject "URGENT information about Santa Cruz Group Executive Committee Election".

If you can't find that email either, then contact Micah Posner as soon as possible for a replacement ballot if you wish to vote.
