Our April meeting will be jam packed with exciting news about our trips, our impact, and plans for the future. Prepare to be motivated as we talk about snowshoeing, rock climbing, backpacking and whitewater rafting!  ICO is on fire and you will enjoy hearing about recent trips and upcoming trips…  And even Krissy’s and Humberto’s experiences as they train to become whitewater raft guides, Tracey’s groundbreaking (wall breaking?) climbing program for middle school girls, Shanna Mae’s and Paula’s upcoming family hike for Alpine Kids! And so much more…

Every ICO meeting is built around, inclusion, dialogue and building community. Can that be achieved on Zoom?  Absolutely, every meeting starts with an engaging inclusive activity in which everyone is engaged. This month, “The Big Discussion Item” will focus on all of these trips.  As part of the Reno ICO Leadership Development Series, we will dive into successful strategies for before and after each trip – to ensure safe and rewarding experiences.
