Located in our Austin office, the Communications Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing much of the Chapter’s communications plan with the Political and Communications Director. Your duties will include earning media coverage, maintaining an engaging chapter website, elevating our social media presence, producing our monthly newsletter, assisting with fundraising efforts, and more.
This is your chance to put policy advocacy, organizing, and intercultural communication principles into practice through the crafting of communications strategies for a variety of environmental justice issues. The ideal candidate for this internship has strong writing abilities, good organizational skills, and a passion for the environment and social justice.
