The Citizen Observers Campaign provides the methods by which you can file complaints with federal, state and local authorities to initiate investigative or enforcement actions. Lawyer Brian Paddock will be joining us to provide us with the knowledge of how to fight local water pollution using the Tennessee Water Quality Control Act Section 118(a) process. We will also provide contacts for alerting the responsible parties in cases in which there is no form to file.
