SOLAR TECHNOLOGY HIGHLIGHTS -- June Public Meeting

Monday June 9, 7-8:30 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 3224 Navajo Dr., Chattanooga.  (Note where you see June 3, that is just the date this was posted)    Rob Moore and Casey York will talk about real world financial costs and payback time frames for solar applications and how that can be figured out. Why solar and where, what makes a good site for solar? They'll also cover types of systems -- grid-tied, off-grid, with/without battery storage, single/dual axis tracking, microinverters vs. power optimizers. Rob Moore is an independent contractor installing various sized photovoltaic systems from residential to commercial.  Casey York is the operation manager at Total Quality Environmental and has consulted on and built wind power, hydro-electric power and solar energy sites.  Bring a friend. The public is very welcome! Free as always.
