Representative Danielle Otten has been tracking the developments of the hydrogen hub proposals, both in southeastern Pennsylvania and in the western part of the state. She sees the need for support of clean hydrogen and diligent and critical review of any opportunity the industry might be taking to get funding for brown energy-based hydrogen while promising green. She is in regular contact with the Sierra Club about environmental and energy issues.
