Thank You. Because of many of our volunteers and supporters, climate champions won big across the country this election season—even if every race didn’t turn out how we hoped. No matter how you activated during this election, we want to thank you for getting involved and invite you to learn more about your local Sierra Club in Ohio. We’re so excited to introduce you to a network of passionate, engaged, and active volunteers you can plug into in your home state.
And while we deserve some celebration for the hard-fought victories we earned on November 8th, there is still a long road ahead in the fight for climate justice. Looking ahead to 2023, we want to focus on building local and state power to support our elected officials in taking the bold, urgent action needed to address the climate crisis and protect our planet for all people.
In that spirit, we’re hosting a welcome webinar volunteer appreciation event on December 12th at 6 PM EST and would love for you to join us. You’ll learn more about the work we’re doing here in Ohio and how you can join our efforts to build power from the ground up.
