Right now, out of touch Senators have restarted committee hearings on a bill (HB 114) to cut back Ohio's clean energy and energy efficiency standards. Meanwhile, in a separate committee, we have had to contend with another hearing on legislation (SB 155) that would bail out the economically failing OVEC coal plants - Kyger Creek in Ohio, and Cliffty Creek in Indiana.
Call your State Senator at 1-844-672-5067 and ask them to vote NO on legislation that hurts Ohio's clean energy industry, and props up failing coal plants.
