Amendment 1 - Parks and Soil Tax – Support

This amendment is critical to Missouri's state parks and our Soil Conservation efforts. This is a renewal of an existing tax at the same rate. The Sierra Club has supported this since its inception in 1983. Keep a good thing going and vote Yes on Amendment One

Amendment 2 - Campaign Contribution Limits – Support

Missouri has some of the weakest campaign contribution limits and ethics regulations in the country. This amendment takes some steps to rectify that by establishing limits on campaign contributions to candidates for state or judicial office. A healthy democracy requires limits on money's voice in elections. Vote yes on Amendment Two.

Amendment 6 - Voter Picture ID Requirement – Oppose

This amendment weakens our state constitution's strong voter protection language. It is aimed at problems that do not exist. It could disenfranchise many vulnerable voters, while doing nothing to address other potential concerns with the electoral process. Vote no on Amendment Six.
