VOTING INSTRUCTIONS

for the Eastern Missouri Group Executive Committee Election

Carefully read ALL instructions before completing or mailing your ballot.

Ballots must be received by 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 5 in order to be counted.

1. You must use this ballot with your address label attached to the back. (The ballot portion will be detached from label portion before counting.) Ballots without address labels will not be counted.
    
2. Vote for no more than three candidates. Indicate your choices by marking an X through the box to the right of the candidate's name. Joint memberships should use the same ballot, using the Voter 1 and Voter 2 boxes.
    
3. The ballot must be sent by U.S. Mail to arrive by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2009. Write BALLOT on the outside of the envelope and mail it to:

EMG Election Committee, 6306 Southwood, Condo Unit 1E, St. Louis, MO 63105.

DO NOT HAND DELIVER OR MAIL BALLOT TO THE EMG OFFICE.

EMG is not responsible for any tardiness of mail.

If you have questions, please contact a member of the Election Committee.

Sierra Club members are welcome to observe the ballot counting in the EMG office at 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 5. Call the EMG office at 314-644-0890 to confirm the date and time.
