Picture This: Improving Your Nature Photography
The January 26 General Meeting will host Sierran Bob Gill with a presentation on improving your nature photography.
Nature can be one of the most challenging subjects of photography but also the most rewarding. Almost anyone can improve the quality of their nature photography with just a basic understanding of framing, composition and lighting.
Using numerous photos, this multimedia presentation will offer many tips and techniques on how to best capture landscapes, close-ups and even wildlife with your existing camera.
Sierran Bob Gill has been an amateur photographer for over 25 years. During that time he has taken pictures all over the US and in several foreign countries. As the Instructional Media Manager of St. Charles Community College, Gill helps teachers incorporate multimedia technology into their classes. He has also taught a course in Photography for 12 years.
