Oct. 28: Ginger Harris will briefly describe and answer questions about the Amendment 3 ballot issue. Cheryl Hammond will describe the Gateway Clean Air Program (inspection and maintenance of automobile emissions controls) and its importance in avoiding deterioration of St. Louis' air quality. She will describe legislative efforts to abolish this program, and what Sierra Club is doing to fight this threat.
