The EMG is gearing up for the Earth Day 2004 celebration. Major events, including the festival in Forest Park (opposite the Muny), take place on Sunday, April 25 from 10:30 am to 6 pm, but many activities will precede and follow that day in various locations around town. (see below)
The EMG is co-sponsoring a Walk/Run For the Rivers. Also, as in past years, we will offer t-shirts and other Sierra merchandise for sale, hand out literature and squeeze lemons to make "The World's Best Lemonade." Be on the lookout for an activity map and guide coming soon.

St. Louis Earth Day and 75 partnering organizations invite you to observe the internationally recognized Earth Day holiday through celebration, education and stewardship. Come celebrate the wonder and treasures of our planet Earth.
Besides the Earth Day Festival in Forest Park, there is also the Earth Day Symposium Thursday, April 22 and Friday, April 23 at the Missouri Botanical Garden, Earth Day Teacher's Guide available by calling 314-962-5838, and Earth Day Around Town throughout the month of April.
