Detroit ICO
The Detroit Inspiring Connections Outdoors (ICO) program provides Detroit Area youth with positive outdoor experiences. Our volunteer leaders work in diverse communities with local agencies, such as schools, youth development organizations, church and neighborhood youth groups, and outdoor clubs, to provide outdoor experiences and environmental education for young people who otherwise might not have the them.

Detroit Outdoors
The Detroit Outdoors program provides training, gear rental and programming for youth groups, scout troops and school classes to have an overnight camping experience right in their own city. Once youth group leaders participate in the Camping Leadership Training they gain access to training materials and a gear library that contains all the equipment needed to outfit their group for a safe and memorable camping trip at Scout Hollow.
