On Saturday, October 12, the Grand Rapids Climate Coalition will host the third Grand Rapids Climate March at Calder Plaza, 300 Monroe Ave NW, from noon to 3 p.m.
This family friendly event will bring people together to rally, make their voices heard and join the movement for clean, healthy, just and livable communities and environment in Grand Rapids and across Michigan. With a focus on informed voter engagement and energy democracy, this October 12 event will feature speakers and tabling by a variety of organizations. We want to encourage those passionate about equitable environmental sustainability to get involved in supporting local and state goals around carbon reduction and our clean energy future.
