Sierra Club Delta Chapter is proud to partner with the Old-Growth Forest Network (OGFN) to preserve, protect and promote the country's few remaining stands of old-growth forest. Recently, the Sierra Club worked with OGFN to successfully dedicate a stand of old-growth forest located in New Orleans City Park into the Old-Growth Forest Network.

If you'd like to help with this effort in Louisiana, volunteer as a Parish Representative for your home parish to expand this program in Louisiana. Our goal is to have one dedicated Old-Growth Forest in each parish in the state!
