HOI Needs a Local Updates Volunteer Reporter

Residents of LaSalle still have many worries about the Carus Chemical plant fire in January of this year. Smoke billowed across residential yards and carried chemical residues into all kinds of places from flower beds to playgrounds to open waterways.
