The Griffith Park Section seeks to preserve and protect the natural ecology of Griffith Park, helping to assure its continuance as an open area always accessible to the public. The Section leads weekday evening hikes to increase awareness by the public of the beauty and needs of Griffith Park. The Section also schedules regular cleanup events and other volunteer activities as a public service.

Membership: Open to any individual or couple of the Sierra Club who subscribes to our quarterly newsletter. Your subscriptions will help us continue to be able to hold hikes which are free and open to the public.
