Join us for a special evening! Gary Kuhl, our guest presenter, has a master’s degree in environmental engineering and a long record of public service. He was with the Southwest Florida Water Management District for 15 years as Regulatory Director, Operations Director, and Executive Director. He was the Citrus County Public Works Director and County Administrator, the Hillsborough County Water Resources Team Administrator, the Hernando County Administrator, and the Sumter County Public Works Director.
