Join the New York Sierra Club on Saturday June 15th at Rockaway Beach to celebrate Global Wind Day! As the climate crisis continues to unfold we know that it's more important now than ever to invest in a renewable energy future. Offshore wind is a crucial step to meeting our clean energy goals in New York. We need New Yorkers to show up on June 15th to show their support for the development of offshore wind in New York. Join us for a morning of celebration, beach activities and more! The event will run from 11am - 12pm.
