A Community Power Map, or a great interactive, nationwide map of communities that are transitioning to 100% renewable energy and how state policies help or hinder local action, go to https://ilsr.org/community-power-map. This map was developed by the Institute for Local Self-Reliance and is up-dated weekly. It includes local community renewable energy projects, community groups involved in their community’s energy future, 100% renewable commitments by cities and information on utility feed-in tariffs. For example, click on an icon in the middle of New York State and you will find Solarize CNY (Central New York), a capsule summary of information on their activities, and a link to the Solarize CNY website.
