Sierra Club Members and Friends,      

I've been thinking about this project for several months. ["On the Shoulders Of..." -- the History of Rincon Group]

As I watch people come and go from the Rincon Group I think about the people on whose shoulders we are standing. 

Our Group has had  many  outstanding members who have helped and urged us on our way. 

I thought, “Somebody should write about these folks.” 

I seem to be perpetually too busy to do anything like this but “somebody” seems to be me.   

So here goes . . .
