TAKE ACTION!
When: June 3, 7am to 8pm
Where: Search online for the polling place nearest to you: http://www.ss.ca.gov/elections/voter_ed.htm
Do I really have to vote?
Your vote is needed for environmental conservation. Voter turnout for primary elections is typically low, and unfortunately, gerrymandering has made each Assembly and Senate district safe for one party, so that the primary is often more important than the general election. When it comes to the environment, state and local governing bodies often make the decisions that affect Sierra Club members most.
