Mike Piper’s resume includes a wide variety of public service positions such as: sustainability coordinator for the City of Vancouver, director of Clark County Community Services, low income weatherization program manager for Bonneville Power Administration, energy management consultant and customer relations for Pacific Power and Light Company, and executive director of THE Arc of Southwest Washington. He was awarded lifetime achievement award from Clark County for leadership and vision in 2007.
Mr. Piper’s well-articulated vision for the future of energy use and conservation includes maximizing our conservation potential by encouraging conservation by programs like Clean Energy Works, which he helped to start in Oregon.
