Biking Mt. Laguna and beyond

We decided I would stay home with my clown business; I walk, ride my bike (which keeps weight down, improve health and gives observers a great example!), take bus, train, get rides to gigs, and go with my husband on trips or errands. I have done this before, esp. in small towns; people are great about the rides or joining me on walks. Especially living near the beach (or any nature!), walking is a great pastime --instead of energy-consuming activities! Our whole family are avid hikers, too.
