Green-Pink Project Green-Pink Parties provide an easy way for you to unite the women's rights and environmental movements, help change lives, and have fun! By hosting a Green-Pink Party, we hope that you and your guests will: Be able to articulate the connection between women’s rights and the environment, and how they are related to the problem of fistula. Feel empowered by raising $300—the equivalent of the cost of life-changing surgery to one woman with fistula. Be inspired by what you have to share this information with others. You don't have to be an expert on these issues in order to host a party-all it takes is a desire to make a difference! Click Here to sign up. 10 Easy Steps to Hosting a Green-Pink Party Planning (3-4 weeks ahead of time) Familiarize yourself with the Green-Pink Party Kit Set the date, time and location Send/hand out invitations *Students: Find sponsors to help you promote the event, like professors, campus organizations and local businesses! The Week Before (1 week ahead of time) Confirm your guest list Prepare your materials Make sure your technology works *Students: Call, e-mail, and/or Facebook people to RSVP; and advertise the party in your campus newspaper! The day before, pass out fliers, chalk, candy and condoms! The Green-Pink Party (the day of your party) PARTY!
