Paris Global Climate March Prohibited

These 2015 UN talks have inspired environmental activists, as in years past, to band together in calling for an end to climate disruption. The French government declined to authorize the 200,000 person climate marches on November 29 and December 12, due to concerns by authorities regarding street policing. In order to reach UNFCCC world leaders meeting behind closed doors this year, other planned protests in the country include a day of civil disobedience with "Disobedient Action Adventure Game" at the summit's end, a "people's summit", and a "climate action zone".
