Welcome New Volunteers

Thinking about joining a Ready For 100 team and volunteering to help your township or borough set goals, make plans and take action to transtion to 100% renewable energy? This is the place to start.

In short, the goal of Ready For 100 is to increase the demand for renewable energy. Simple. We do this by working with our community and elected officials to first, pass a resolution declaring that goal and desire to make a plan to acheive it.

Connect with a RF100 County Team

We are trying to get away from posting email addresses for our volunteers on the website. Sorry for the 2 step process, but please enter your contact info into these volunteer forms and one of our team leaders will get climate marchback to you. Another reason for this is that we don't necesarily have a single point person for each team.

There is also a volunteer email list per county that we strongly recommend you join to keep up on local RF100 news and meeting invites.

Is your city/township/borough already an RF100 Community? Check our master list here

Each of the 5 county teams have their own team pages where you can find motivation, opportunities and news about actions taken in your community or nearby. Click on the logo's below to go to the team page near you.

One Page Flyer

flyerThis flyer has been developed as an introduction to the Ready For 100 in the Southeastern PA area. Something you can share with others, including township officials and committee members. There is so much information that could be on a flyer like this. And the more we put on it, the more likely it will become out of date. So please do not print 100's of copies and keep them for future needs. Please check back here for the latest version before any time you will want to print the flyer.

Template Presentation

At some point, you'll want to introduce Ready For 100 to the local government. If your township has an Environmental Advisory Committee (EAC) or Sustainability Advisory Committee (SAC), that is the place to start. Otherwise, a planning committee or public service committee is a good place to start.

presentatinHere's a template presentation that you can customize with local information about the work your community has already done towards reducing its energy or carbon footprint. And relate it to any goals your mayor our board of supervisors have already set.

The narrative and example video are useful for seeing how the tone and flow of the presentation can go. Work with your county leaders to get tips for presenting and anticipated questions.

The flyer (above) is something you can leave behind with your audiance.

The most important part is engaging with your community. Hearing thier goals and concerns and encorporating into the planning and actions to be taken.
