Summary: On October 25, 2011, the Commission authorized staff to initiate a rulemaking governing the public disclosure of hydraulic fracturing chemicals. The proposed rules will be posted on the Commission's website on November 10, 2011. Comments are due by the hearing, which is on December 5, 2011, but if commenters want the Commission to review comments before the hearing, they should submit them by November 23, 2011.
