The Bluegrass Group conducts opportunities to get outside and be active. these can be short urban hikes to longer dayhikes in remote areas. Participant Agreement

All participants on Chapter and Group outings are required to sign a participant agreement. This form details activities, risks and outcomes of participation as well as releases Sierra Club and its leaders in case of issues. The form is long and it is recommended that you read it fully to understand its information and your rights on outings. You can read the form now, or prior to an outing, by clicking the link above. Once you have read and undertand the agreement, you will be asked to sign in to each outing you attend.

Note that this is the single waiver form used throughout the Sierra Club, and though you are asked to sign in to each outing, the waiver you are agreeing to is the same.
