El programa En Punto de Televisa de México emitió un excelente reportaje sobre el profundo daño que el muro fronterizo ha causado a la flora y fauna, y los parajes de una de las fronteras más largas del mundo.
El reportero Raymundo Pérez Arellano y su equipo completaron una magnífica labor de evaluación a ambos lados de la frontera, incluyendo entrevistas con Dan Millis, gerente del Programa de Terrenos Fronterizos del Capítulo del Gran Cañón del Sierra Club, y Randy Serraglio del Centro de Diversidad Biológica de Arizona.
La pieza también incluye impresionantes imágenes aéreas que dan una idea cabal de la catástrofe ecológica que este muro racista ha significado no solo para la vida silvestre sino también para nuestra herencia natural.

Televisa of Mexico’s “En Punto” show broadcast an excellent piece about the profound damage the border wall has inflicted on the wildlife and the landscape of one of the world’s longest borders.
Reporter Raymundo Pérez Arellano and his crew completed a thorough survey on both sides of the border, including interviews with Dan Millis, Borderlands Program manager at the Sierra Club’s Grand Canyon Chapter, and Randy Serraglio of the Center for Biological Diversity in Arizona.
The piece also features breathtaking aerial video that provides a good picture of the ecological catastrophe this racist wall has meant not only for the wildlife but also for our natural heritage.
